Our Story

Started because Ginger needed better.

Nova's Nibbles started because of Ginger, Nova's momma.

Ginger had a celiac allergy that caused her to break out in hives and itch herself raw. Emelie wanted a minimal-ingredient, gluten-free dog treat that Ginger could actually enjoy, so she started making her own.

That recipe stuck. Emelie still uses the same small-batch recipe she used on day one — simple, consistent, and made with care.
